Following the transition from Türksat 3A to 4A on August 16, it was reported that some TV models sold by Samsung in Türkiye lack the Türksat Channel Update System, with users saying they cannot access certain channels. Hürriyet wrote that the company has not yet taken action.
With the renewal of satellite frequencies, it was found that some Samsung models do not have the TKGS software. Because of this deficiency, users cannot even access basic channels. It is noted that more than a month has passed since the frequency change, yet the company has not taken any steps.
