According to disclosures to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), Tera Finansal Yatırımlar Holding Vice Chairman and General Manager Erkan Kilimci resigned of his own accord, while Hedef Holding Board Member Namık Kemal Gökalp resigned due to a legal process being conducted against him.
Kilimci's resignation from both positions was reported to KAP as of today. Gökalp's resignation was accepted by the board of directors, and a process was initiated to appoint a new member. Emre Tezmen, the owner of the Tera Group, had also announced his resignation from his board membership at Pusula Finans Holding.
