Consumer confidence index at 8-year peak in September

YD-ÜFE rose 32.60% annually in August, Tarım-GFE 27.62% in July

According to TÜİK the foreign producer price index rose 3.61% monthly and 32.60% annually in August. The agricultural input price index increased 0.20% monthly and 27.62% annually in July.

Non-domestic producer prices rise 32.60%, agricultural inputs up 27.62%

According to the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), the Non-Domestic Producer Price Index increased by an annual 32.60% in August, with energy climbing 106.24%. The Agricultural Input Price Index rose by 27.62% annually in July, with fertilizer increasing by 33.07%.

Türkiye's livestock numbers exceed EU countries

According to Eurostat and Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) data, Türkiye's cattle population rose 4.3% in 2025 to 17,709,000, while France, first among EU countries, had 16,237,000. Türkiye's sheep population stands at 46,689,000 and goat population at 11,186,000.

TÜİK: Number of electric cars in traffic surpasses 472,000

TÜİK: Housing sales fell 14.7% year-on-year in August

127,410 homes were sold across Türkiye in August; secondhand sales dropped 19.4% and first-hand sales fell 4.5%. Mortgaged sales rose 7.2% while the Housing Price Index climbed 23% year-on-year.

Şimşek: We will not give up on disinflation even during the election process
