In the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (KKTC), the general parliamentary elections and local elections will be held on the same day, December 6. The Assembly of the Republic's General Assembly approved the decision.
With the motion accepted in the Assembly's General Assembly, voters will determine both their members of parliament and local administration officials. Prime Minister Ünal Üstel had announced that the government was determined.
