Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, at a Türkiye-US relations panel in New York, stated that the Yemen crisis was cited as an example regarding the Mecca Alliance and said 'we have only just begun'.
Fidan emphasized that they are at the beginning of the alliance carried out under the policy of regional ownership. He stated that the transformation in US global policy has not been decisive in this process. He said the relationship between President Erdoğan and Donald Trump plays a central role in the breakthrough.
