Justice Minister Akın Gürlek stated that the data of accident victims were obtained unlawfully; power of attorney was obtained from 253,000 people and 15.6 billion lira unfair gain was detected. 20 companies were transferred to TMSF.
It was reported that 20 companies previously appointed trustees within the scope of the investigation were transferred to TMSF. The operation was carried out by gendarmerie teams under the coordination of the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Special Investigation Bureau.
