By a presidential decision, four Treasury lands in Bodrum's Gündoğan, Kumbahçe, and Konacık neighborhoods and Istanbul's Rumeli Feneri were included in the privatization program. The procedures are expected to be completed by December 31, 2028.
It was stated that the total 193,000 square meters of land could be evaluated through methods such as sale, lease or transfer of operating rights. The parcel in Rumeli Feneri on the list has been under third-degree natural site status for 30 years. The decision was published in the Official Gazette on September 18.
