Out of 213 suspects detained in the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office's forex fraud investigation, 133 were referred to court with an arrest request and 56 under judicial control, while 24 were released.
In the operation held on September 18 in Istanbul and Muğla, 328 addresses were raided, and 44 call centers belonging to 29 companies were scrutinized. The suspects were sent to Istanbul Courthouse, and their health checks were conducted at Bayrampaşa State Hospital. The investigation was initiated as a result of MASAK reports and MİT examinations.
