Of the four people detained in the Silivri Chief Public Prosecutor's Office probe into the 2011 prison death of former intelligence agency MİT member Kaşif Kozinoğlu, the ambulance driver was released after giving a statement. The prison director and shift supervisor of the period, along with a former journalist, are expected to be referred to the courthouse Monday; house arrest had previously been ordered for Hasan Atilla Uğur.
Former prison director Ömer Vatan, shift supervisor Kazım Beyke, and former journalist Osman Arslan will be referred to the Silivri Courthouse on Monday. The investigation is being deepened on charges of 'premeditated murder' and 'establishing an organization and violating the State Intelligence Services Law.'
