Coordinated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, intelligence agency MİT and the Ankara Police Department staged operations across 15 provinces targeting what prosecutors described as "FETÖ/PDY's clandestine network in public institutions"; 15 of 26 detainees were arrested.
In the investigation, new findings about the organization's 'secret marriage' structure were obtained from the ByLock conversations of a female organization member. It was determined that marriage processes were organized by so-called 'brothers' and 'sisters' and that the information of female members was recorded.
