Due to the L'Étape Türkiye by Tour de France cycling race, the Ankara direction of the FSM Bridge and several roads in Beykoz were closed to vehicular traffic, alongside certain avenues in Fatih and Beyoğlu closed for a running event. Roads will reopen gradually as the race progresses.
The race starts from Beykoz Sports Forest, and cyclists will head to the TEM Highway via Çavuşbaşı and cross to the European side using the FSM Bridge. Due to the run, restrictions are also in place on parts of Kadir Has, Abdülezelpaşa, and Ayvansaray streets in Fatih, as well as Refik Saydam and Tersane streets in Beyoğlu. Authorities announced that roads along the routes will be opened gradually as the race progresses.
