The Istanbul Governorship reported a landslide at a construction site in Alkent 2000 on 19 September around 18:40, killing 39-year-old A.M. under debris and injuring 28-year-old B.M. The construction firm's owner, site supervisor, and an employee were detained.
The landslide occurred during an unauthorized septic tank excavation. A.M.'s lifeless body was recovered around 01:00 at night and taken to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue.
