A bus traveling from Denizli to Balıkesir carrying 37 passengers ran off the road on the Balıkesir-Kırkağaç highway during the night. Eighteen people, including the driver and assistant, were injured, with 2 reported to be in serious condition.
Of the injured, 4 were taken to hospitals in Balıkesir and 8 to hospitals in Akhisar. The 19 passengers who were unhealed in the accident were taken to Akhisar Bus Station with another bus. Kırkağaç District Governor Zafer Oktay examined the area.
