According to a BirGün report, a supervisory trustee (kayyum) has been appointed to Red Star Havacılık, from which the Health Ministry leases ambulance aircraft, due to ongoing court proceedings involving the company's partners; the current management continues in its role.
The decision was made due to court proceedings involving the company's partners. The receiver will oversee critical decisions and significant financial transactions, while the current management continues its duties. Some 49 percent of the company's shares belong to Qatar-based Gulf Helicopters.
