The second hearing of the case regarding the murder of Başak Gürkan Arslan was held at Ankara 12th High Criminal Court. Witness A.A. described the moment of the incident with the words 'he cut her throat, blood was gushing'.
Witness A.A. recounted that they were in the garden at the time of the murder, heard cries of 'Father, don't do it', and saw Kudret cutting Başak's throat. A.A. stated that Kudret told them 'Your neighbourhood has been rid of a scumbag'. The court continues the trial of the defendants charged with 'intentional killing with monstrous intent'.
