Fenerbahçe defeated Eyüpspor 8-0 at home in the sixth week of the Süper Lig, with Vedat Muriqi scoring four goals. Eyüpspor accepted head coach Özhan Pulat's resignation following the match.
In the match at Chobani Stadium, Fenerbahçe's goals were scored by Mason Greenwood from a penalty in the 5th minute, Vedat Muriqi in the 7th, 21st, 47th, and 55th minutes, Matteo Guendouzi in the 38th minute, İrfan Can Kahveci in the 45+1st minute, and Greenwood in the 80th minute. Eyüpspor club announced that Pulat's resignation request was accepted by the board of directors. With this result, the yellow-navy team increased its points to 10.
