Defence Industry Agency (SSB) President Haluk Görgün and Air Force Commander General Rafet Dalkıran flew in the HÜRKUŞ-II and the MURAD AESA radar-equipped HÜRJET. Görgün said the first HÜRKUŞ-II jets would be delivered to the Air Force shortly.
In a social media post, Görgün said he felt the effort stretching from the design desk to the production line in the cockpit of the aircraft. He reported that the first HÜRKUŞ-II aircraft would be delivered to the Air Force Command shortly. HÜRJET was tested with the MURAD AESA radar.
